Domain Name Sales:
1.1. We sell domain names and upon purchase, the domain names will be transferred to the buyer's designated registrar account. 1.2. We recommend using GoDaddy.com for ease of domain transfer, but buyers may use any compatible registrar of their choice.
Domain Ownership:
2.1. Once the domain name is purchased, the buyer becomes the registered owner of the domain name.
2.2. The buyer is responsible for paying the registrar's annual fee to maintain ownership of the domain name.
2.3. Post the successful domain transfer to the buyer, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure timely renewal and adherence to the registrar's terms.
Additional Services:
3.1. With every domain purchase, we provide a mood board and a logo in SVG format.
3.2. A basic plan and one idea for the domain will also be provided.
3.3. We offer additional consultancy services for those who require a fully fleshed out idea and business plan.
3.4. These additional services may be subject to separate agreements and fees, which will be communicated to the buyer prior to engagement.
Trademarks:
4.1. We do not guarantee the availability of trademarks for the purchased domain names.
4.2. Buyers are responsible for independently conducting trademark searches and ensuring their desired trademarks are available for registration.
4.3. We can provide recommendations for service providers who can assist with trademark registrations, but their services and fees are separate from our domain purchase.
Sales and Returns:
5.1. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for domain names.
5.2. It is the buyer's responsibility to carefully review the domain name, its spelling, and any potential trademark conflicts before making a purchase.
Intellectual Property Rights:
6.1. All intellectual property rights related to the domain names, including any logos or designs provided, remain the property of NamePlaced.com until the domain name is transferred to the buyer.
6.2. The buyer agrees not to use any trademarks, logos, or designs associated with the domain names for unauthorised purposes or without proper authorisation.
6.3. NamePlaced.com reserves the right to take appropriate legal action if any purchased domain names, logos, or associated ideas are copied, reproduced, or used without authorisation.
Indemnification:
7.1. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold NamePlaced.com, its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use or misuse of the purchased domain names.
7.2. Accuracy of Information: Stating that while efforts are made to provide accurate and up-to-date information, NamePlaced.com does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content on the website.
Collaboration Opportunities:
8.1. In certain cases, NamePlaced.com may be open to collaboration for joint brand development. Collaborations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may involve additional fees or contractual agreements. Please contact us to discuss potential collaboration opportunities.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law:
9.1. NamePlaced.com is a company based in Mumbai, India.
9.2. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of India.
